A Complacence…!

Last night when the world fell asleep

My eyes blinked, thoughts went deep

Slowly, crawling moon strolled…

Out of my window, a long night passed!

The dawn was different, some storms arrived

Showers n leaves knocked n cried

No sun shined, moon had died

A long wait was waiting to end

Drenched n bathed I walked on the roads

None I saw, heartbeats rose

A world of rains, a world of love

As her feet touched my ground

Somewhere from the sky she landed

A heart I had lent, hers she handed!

A little grin, a tiny hug, an affirmative complacence!

Thus a void ends, a new world arrives

An intimate, ultimate tranquility prevails

A beautiful track composed by my one time favorite composer-duo Jatin-Lalit for SRK's Yes Boss, which again is one of the very few of his movies that I admire. Each song was melodious n rich in lyrics, thanks to Javed Akhtar!
Here's my attempt on my darling keyboard (which I had hesitated to post so far). But nevertheless, imperfection is part of life! Just listen on...

So, here goes another song again one of my favorite songs by the versatile SPB. Most of us love this movie 'Maine Pyaar Kiya' as much as we love its songs. Though there are 2 versions of this song (another by Lata) I kind of love the SPB version for its anger/madness and mischief.

My take on it... And again, I pledge to improvise!

Mothers...!

Twilight moon across the window at eye level, never so bright like it was a day, up above thousands of feet between two mothers - one mine and others', I feel I'm being loved unconditionally making it difficult to decide where I should fall!
Choosing one's mother wasn't an option, but today it is. Becoming someone else's with ease coz they lent more cushion than your mother's lap isn't being materialistic but realistic. After all, it's your butt!
An unanswerable question always ends within self, everyone's free to select n deselect later just in case! There's no right, no wrong but when it's a mother, there's only one answer... I know, you know and none disagrees!
