Something had changed, drastically so. Why else would there be blank papers in place of a novel? Rajni collected them and rubbed her fingers in an attempt to look for washed words. It did rain the last night, just like any other, nothing unusual. Or so she thought.
When Rajni first discovered the neatly arranged white sheets that looked right out of the original wrapper, she was confused. I had not purchased these in a long time, she murmured and went around looking for the manuscript. Her writing room had always been messy, yet her hands reached the right places at her will, without much effort. Room was wet with rains and water ran down to the ground floor below the writing room. She took the stairs and slid down.
